Britney and her sister, Emily, were among a group of animals rescued from a hoarding situation in Latimer County. Although these dogs came to us from horrible conditions, both girls are super-sweet, according to the staff. When they give kisses and hugs, you know youve been kissed!! Britney and her sister love people and they get excited when they realize theyre going for a walk. Some hand signals and treats helps them understand they cant jump up on people. Because of her earlier neglect, Britney has heartworm disease which she is being treated for. Until shes clear of it, she shouldnt be exerted on walks or during other forms of play. One day, shell be as good as new, though. These sisters have never been apart but they can be adopted separately if needed. They deserve a home where their physical and emotional needs can be met.
