Name/Nicknames: Stuart Little or just Stuart

My Story: My name is Stuart Little. My home town is the Red Lake Indian Reservation. I am very happy to be in a foster home in Minneapolis now because I was starving and alone.


Hobbies: going for walks with my foster sisters, playing with toys and snuggling with people



Commands/Tricks: My foster mom says I’m really smart and will learn things very quickly. I already know my name and come running and have learned to sit and lay down. It would be best for me to take some puppy classes so I can be the greatest puppy on the planet.

Crate / Potty Trained:Yes and Yay for me! I’ve only had 1 “accident” in the house since I arrived. My foster mom says I do great when taken out on a schedule. (lots of outside trips!). I am crate trained too but it is not my favorite place to hang out. Not enough action.


Activity Level: medium. I am a puppy and need daily exercise to work all that energy out.

Fun things I do: I love toys! The Squeakier the better!

Socialization/who I currently live with:
I have 2 patient and playful doggy foster sisters and a cat foster sister. I get along with all of them but I like to bark at the cat. I like to steal whatever the big dogs have but they don’t seem to mind. I think I would be fine with or without other pets as long as I get plenty of daily exercise and socialization. I would be happiest to have someone home at least part time as I don’t really like to be alone.




Stuart is attending Pet Haven's medium/large dog adoption events and his adoption fee is $350 (cash or check only) and includes spay/neuter, heartworm check, current vaccinations, and microchip and registration.
Due to post-adoption services provided, it is Pet Haven's policy to only place dogs into homes within a 60-mile radius of the Twin Cities area.
