Meet Trixie
** COURTESY POST** Contact Susan at 614-581-4663 if interested in Trixie
Trixie is a 1-year-old terrier mix who was found running loose on the east side of Columbus. The good Samaritan who found her said she jumped right into the car, ready to go for a ride. She started out skinny and in poor health, but has made a quick recovery and is ready to meet her forever family.
Trixie came to us underweight, but has put on weight easily after getting regular meals, and now weighs about 30 pounds. She still eats as if she was a stray, wanting to snarf it all down at once, so her family might need to help her learn to chew! Trixie has never met a stranger and seems to like men, women, and children alike. She’s also lived happily with dogs and cats. She is crate-trained and housebroken. She has plenty of energy and would be a great candidate for agility, since she listens really well too and is a quick study. The dog park or frequent runs would be great, too! At the end of the day, Trixie becomes a snuggle-bug wanting to curl up in your lap and love on her person.
Trixie is a courtesy post, so anyone interested in meeting her should contact Susan directly at 614-581-4663. Trixie is spayed and will be up to date on her shots prior to going to her forever home. A small rehoming fee will be donated to rescue.
