Bubbles isn’t the sort of dog who will finish your physics homework , or reorganize your kitchen cabinets, but he will go for a walk, hang out in the garden, and then crash on the couch with you to catch a few repeats of the Dog Whisperer. Bub’s is a six year old lovebug who has lived with babies, cats, and other dogs! He is house trained and totally trustworthy when left alone. Currently crashing with a bossy female, Bubbles has proven a born shar-er of food bowls, snacks, toys and couches. You’ll love his easy to live with house manners. Bubbles is well known to Bully Buddies - he was adopted out as a one year old - and now returns for a new home through no fault of his own. That means that he’s now ready for FOREVER! Sound perfect? Well, no one’s perfect! Bubbles does have sensitive skin, so he’ll need a high quality kibble. He gets excited when he runs into a new dog on the street, but is never aggressive or rude. With a steady and confident leader, Bubbles is the ideal family dog.

We have a bossypants female pittie (who also had a few litters before we got her - so mama dog bossyness), and he responds very, very well to her. She thinks every dog-thing in the house is hers, and he is very content to take the second best bed, second best food, etc. He is probably the most happy to share dog we've ever had in the house. Since he is so submissive, he does well with a good leader.
He was in to the vet last weekend for a check up and vaccinations - they loved him there and said he was in very good shape, weight (60#) and his only issue is his sensitive skin. We have him on a hypoallergenic diet and he is not itchy. When we first received him he'd been fed low quality food, and had a few itchy spots. Fairly typical with this breed.
We have a 9 year old here, and he is super with all the kid activity. He is the sort of dog that won't mind being dressed up as a princess and will keep away from the snacks, if you have those sorts of kids :)
Bubbles is an easy dog - once he settles (I'd say he needs a week to really get comfortable with his new home) - he is laid back, not demanding, and a lovely companion. He has no separation anxiety, and we leave him loose in the house no problem. I wouldn't leave a steak on the counter, but he is good on furnishings, etc.
