Meet Ailene
AILENE
Domestic Medium Haired diluted Torti Female Cat. Arrived at the Shelter: 06-22-11. Date of Birth: 04-04-03. She is 2-paw declawed.
Ailene is such a sweet cat! She loves rolling over on her back to be petted and having her hair brushed...she would make a wonderful "lap" cat.
She just turned 9 years "young" on April 4th...and unfortunately she will soon be celebrating her 1 year anniversary being at the shelter.
Although Ailene gets plenty of loving attention from the volunteers at the shelter she would prefer spending her senior years laying by a window enjoying the sunlight in her "forever" home!!!
Ailene has a medical condition called Mega Colon. She is on daily medication for this condition and has a special prescription diet. Ailene is doing well with this condition and hopes to find a furever home that is willing to continue to treat her and keep her comfortable. For more information on Mega Colon visit: www.acvs.org/AnimalOwners/HealthConditions/.../Megacolon
