BEANCA is a 6 year old pure bred Akita who is sweet and friendly. She will bark for people to come over and say "hi" to her in her room at the Shelter, since she loves the attention so much. However, what she really loves is when you come inside and play. When I went into the room with BEANCA she was so excited and sat very close to me so that I could pet her. When you do pet her, make sure to scratch her hind legs, she likes that a lot! BEANCA likes to sit close to you and she might even try to sit in your lap, but she's pretty big so she just letting her sit right next to you will work just fine too. She is still an active girl, she has so much fun running after a tennis ball and will even bring it back and drop it down at your feet to start the game all over again.
