Samara Labrador Retriever & Hound Mix Minneapolis, MN

Samara is a sweet little girl. She is wonderful around children and other dogs. Samara loves to be loved and would enjoy being in a family who can offer lots of love and attention! She is doing well with basic commands and is a fast learner, she really does want to make you happy after all! Samara had a rough start in life, first abandoned at a coal mine, then thrown off a bridge - not once but twice! She was rescued, brought to a shelter and then was able to join our program. You'd never know about her unhappy past though with that huge smile constantly on her face. She'll be your best friend, constant companion and will brighten your world every day!

Samara is estimated to be about 7 months old and weighs about 30 pounds. Since we don't know at all what doggy genes are in the dogs make up (we don't know who mom & dad are!), we are guessing on breed and size when grown.
Please note that because we require a home visit at the time of adoption we can only place animals in homes within a 60 mile radius of Minneapolis.
