Duff Doberman Pinscher Redmond, WA

UPDATE 7/10/12: Duff is adoption pending. His final meet and greet with the adopter's existing pets is scheduled for 7/16/12. We will update Duff's status ASAP.

Seems Duff has a new best buddy Nacho the Pug! They just adore each other and love to play rough. The foster mom says when she tells them both to knock it off and take it easy they BOTH sneak off and start all over again.

SPDR will waive Duff's adoption donation! Only approved SPDR adoption applicants considered.

Duff is a 3yr old albino, natural/docked, neutered male. Duff is making leaps and bounds in his training program. He seems to have some neurological issues- there are times when he just seems to be daydreaming and not focused whereas other times he’s totally in tune with people. Duff has no aggression whatsoever, but his perfect home would have no other pets or very small children (10 yr+ ok). Duff has very mild seizures - unless you knew what to look for you may not even notice them. He is currently taking Zanac and it’s helping him tremendously.

He’s sweet, goofy, laid back and generally well behaved. He is house trained, crate trained and knows basic commands. Duff is currently in a foster home but awaits his forever home.

An adoption application is required and must be approved by a Doberman Pinscher breed rep before any home is considered appropriate for Duff or any other dog we list. SPDR adoption donations help offset veterinary care, boarding and transports for all rescue dogs. Puget Sound Doberescue is operated by unpaid volunteer representatives affiliated with Seattle Purebred Dog Rescue [SPDR] which is a non-profit 501c3 corporation dedicated to placing abandoned or unwanted dogs into new loving homes.

Adoptions are NOT done on a first-come basis - rather we match each dog's temperament with that of a prospective new adopter as well as the adopter's pets /family situation to help insure more successful adoptions of rescue dogs. Home visit evaluations and reference checks may be required.



SPDR is a non-profit organization that is run completely on donations. Your donations provide funding for rescued dogs' medical expenses such as health checks, neuter/spay surgeries, worming, vaccinations and microchip.
