Cio Cio San Tuxedo & Domestic Short Hair Mix New York, NY

Cio Cio San is a small tuxedo and she is one of the sweetest, easiest cats we have in rescue. She gets along well with other cats and seems fine with dogs as well. Cio Cio San is not demanding, allows her claws to be clipped with no protest and enjoys being held and may turn out to be a lap cat if she finds a home with a lap she can snuggle into. She would be a good choice for a first time cats owner and she is gentle enough to be with children too. She had the misfortune to suffer an eye infection after leaving the shelter. Her right eye has a scar that does not cause her any discomfort or loss of vision, but does mar her appearance and leave many potential adopters to look elsewhere. That couple with the fact that tuexdos have a tough time finding homes leaves this kitty in a long term foster situation and she is lonely for a human companion.   Please fill out an application on our home page http://.zanisfurryfriends.org and return cats@zanisfurryfriends.org.
