Chico is a two-year old Chihuahua with a bum leg and the heart of a lion. He came to the shelter with a broken left front leg which didnt heal properly and so he has limited use of it, but that doesnt slow him down. He LOVES his daily walks, jumps in the car if theres a chance of a car ride (and is a great passenger) and runs and plays with other small dogs in his foster home. He strongly dislikes cats . Though he likes people of all types, due to his previous injury, it would be best if he were not around very small children that might accidentally re-injure him. He is housebroken and crate trained. Hilariously expressive in body language, every night he angles to sleep in the big bed and each morning tries to block the back door so foster mom cant leave for work. He is always eager to be held and cuddled. Heartworm negative, Chico is neutered and up-to-date on routine shots and vet care. An adoption application is required....
