Rain Border Collie & Australian Shepherd Mix Chicago, IL

Rain is one stunning looking lady! At three years of age she was given up to a shelter because her owners were moving and didn't bother to find a home where she could join them. It was truly their loss because this girl is an angel! Rain loves people, is very affectionate and travels wonderfully Thankfully, the folks at the shelter recognized what a gem Rain is and advocated for her to come to rescue.

Rain gets along well with other dogs, but the shelter occasionally sees her getting a little nervous and she would do better without a dominant dog in the family. She has several old scars on her face & one of her ears has been torn, so we assume that she must have lived with an aggressive dog or dogs at one time and was bullied. So long as other dogs in the home are kind to Rain she will be just fine with a canine companion.

As if Rain didn't already sound like a dream dog, she is also housebroken and crate trained. We know it is a little difficult to tell her exact size in the photos; Rain weighs 67 lbs. As with all One Tail dogs, Rain is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm tested, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $200.
