Meet Mizpah
Meet Mitz
Meet Mizpah! He's a 6 year old GSP who was neglected by his family. He was removed from his home when he was found tied to a tree, with no shelter, food or water. Even though he was neglected he is really sweet.
He’s been very submissive to his foster mom’s two dogs. He likes to give kisses to both his foster brother and sister. At first Mizpah was not house broken but after two days of hard work he got it down. He also doesn’t try to jump on furniture or counter surf. Mitz will come to you if you call for him.
When Mitz went to get neutered the vet discovered a tumor in one of his testicles. Mitz was neutered and his whole tumor was sent to be biopsied and came back benign. Hooray!
He is a sweet guy. All he wants is to have his head rubbed. His favorite thing to do is hide toys and chase after the tennis ball. He gets along great with his foster mom’s two dogs and isn’t bothered by any of my neighbors’ dogs either. He’s not food aggressive, and he’s getting use to the crate. First time in he barked nonstop. Now he’ll bark for a minute or two or will cry at first and calms down. He’s still getting use to it but he goes in just fine. He’s getting use to walking on a leash and is very curious of his surroundings. Even though Mitz has had a rough start to life he’s as sweet as can be. He deserves a family that will truly love him because despite all he’s been through, he’s extremely gentle and easy going.
