Monty German Shepherd Dog Mix Discovery Bay, CA

Monte is about 4 yrs old now. He is a GSDmix, with a soft, gentle personality. Monte is great with other dogs, and with people. He is easy to take on walks, and is housebroken. This gentle dog would be great in a home as either an only dog, or with other gentle dogs, and with children over 12. Monte should be mostly a house dog, or with access to the house. Monte will charm you and he will play ball endlessly with you bringing it back and dropping it at your feet waiting patiently for the next toss. He settles nicely at night on his bed. He is the perfect dog for someone who wants an easy, gentle dog and will make him a housedog.

• We require a home visit by one of our volunteers prior to adopting one of our dogs.

• We adopt primarily to the Peninsula, Greater Sacramento area, the East Bay. Resources and volunteers permitting we also adopt to the South Bay, Monterey County, Santa Cruz, and the North Bay.
