Max Beagle Linden, NJ

Max has been adopted and now lives in Clark, NJ. Someone I work with was looking for a new canine family member and they mentioned that they were leaning towards a Beagle. Since I knew Max is a wonderful, loving pup I thought he would be a good choice for a companion to an 8 year old child. He went over for a meet & greet and that was all it took. The family fell in love with him just as easily as I had when we first met. And I get to hear every day how this adorable pup is doing!Max is a 5 year old Beagle who was found as a stray. The people who found him took the time to try and find his owners but no one ever came to claim him. And that is a shame because Max is a wonderful dog who will be a really nice pet. He is very loving and LOVES to sit quietly by your side on the couch. He is not all barky like some Beagles can be rather he is pretty quiet and doesn't ask for much. Max weighs 24 pounds and is now all vetted (neutered, up to date with shots and microchipped). He is a great companion animal and is looking for a special person to spend time snuggling with. He likes to sleep with his foster mom and gets along with the other dogs in the house. Max will be a great companion animal but you must be aware of Beagle's tendency to escape and roam. Those powerful noses can't resist the temptation of the open road - which is probably what happened to this guy in the first place. Well, no one appears to be looking for him so their loss will be your gain if you decide to make this guy a part of your family.
