Better yet, contact the office & they can send you one so that you are pre-approved when you meet me. Please come see me at the humane society, fill out the adoption application and get approved to take me home. The adoption fee for dogs is $100.00. This fee includes spaying / neutering, age appropriate vaccinations, Bordetella, Rabies vaccines for pets 4 months and older, heartworm test for dogs 7 months and older and worming. Dogs are kept on monthly heartworm prevention.
