Meet Kiba

Kiba is a 5 year old Shiba Inu mix. He was surrendered after his owner passed away. He is nervous, but seeks attention and affection from people that he meets. Kiba was tied outside previously and his arrival at the shelter allows him a new start as something more than a lawn ornament. He is currently in foster care and his foster mom has found that he is housebroken. Based on interactions with other dogs in his foster home, Kiba would do best as the only dog in his new home, but knowledgable adopters willing to work with him should be able to integrate him into a pack as his foster mom has done.. Update 5/22 "He's doing great. No issues with our dogs for quite some time now - I can give them treats together and leave the kibble down now. He's getting better about new oncoming dogs on walks"
