KitKat Domestic Short Hair & Manx Mix Portland, OR

Kit Kat is a stubby Manx who is approximately nine years old. She had a rough life that didn’t include vet care, healthy food, attention, love, or even clean litter. Now she is starting to settle in and relax in the comforts of her new foster home and her personality is really starting to shine!



Kit Kat is loving and sweet-natured and excellent with her litter box (now that she finally has one to enjoy). She is definitely an alpha female, and is looking for a home where she can be queen bee and rule her people without having to put up with any other cats.



Kit Kat is very athletic and energetic; always on the go. She does like to rest and relax in a lap for a while, but then will leap up to check out something she has heard or seen. Next thing you know, she’s back to sniff your hair or investigate your ears. She is a bit of a "guard cat" that is always alert for intruders on the lawn. Kit Kat loves her catnip toys, and especially enjoys grabbing at them with her back feet while holding them still with her front ones. Plastic and paper bags number among her favorite things to crawl into.



Kit Kat is very loving and purrs loudly and often. She will run away when company arrives, only to come say "hello" once things settle down. Don’t be fooled by that serious face in her photo; this girl is so playful most of the time!



KitKat, like all ARCF cats for adoption, has been spayed, microchipped, is up to date on vaccines, and has tested negative for FeLV and FIV.
