Meet Rocky

Rocky is a 3 to 4 year old Papillon who was rescued from a puppy mill and a life of breeding. He is a sweet playful boy who is absolutely LOVING his new freedom and new playmates.

Like most puppy mill dogs, Rocky is a bit shy but he is not terrified, he's happy and playful and very sweet and is just going to take a little patience on his new owners part to let him adjust to his new surroundings.

Rocky received his name as part of our memorial naming program in honor of a much beloved pet who has recently passed away proving that from grief comes new beginnings, from despair comes hope and from sadness comes a chance at a new life.
