Meet Darby
Meet Darby! She is a 1-yr-old Shiba Inu mix pulled from a high-kill shelter in Licking County. Darby was adopted to a family as an adorable puppy. Sadly, she grew bigger than expected, the kids got bored with her and she spent much of her time in a crate. They realized it was in Darby's best interest to return her to us. She is very sweet, good with people and with other dogs. She needs to play catch up with her social skills (can be uncertain in new situations); but a little patience and TLC will go a long way as she is very smart. We are looking to adopt Darby to a family with at least one other dog as she LOVES to play with her doggie companions. We know with love and kindness Darby will blossom into the wonderful companion she is meant to be!
Her adoption fee is $175 and covers the cost of the dogs spay or neuter, vaccines, preventative medications, microchip and 30 day free trial pet insurance.
