Sparkle is really happy to be safe in foster care; she was rescued from a high-kill shelter east of the mountains in Washington. She was scared to pieces when she first arrived, but has now settled in nicely, meets new people easily, and gets along with other dogs. Isn't this cutie just the one you've been looking for?
