Meet Pogo Harris
Meet Pogo Harris. Pogo is somewhere between one and two years old, but is a puppy at heart! He is a tri-colored (cream, tan and grey) male Shih Tzu and weighs 11 pounds. He has big eyes and has an incredibly adorable trait, a tiny little tongue that sometimes sticks out of his mouth. When you meet him, he will steal your heart!
Pogo is sweet natured, and incredibly playful. This little one is a joy to have around; he likes to interact with his foster family, likes to cuddle and loves laps. He is a very well mannered little guy. While he loves to cuddle, he will not jump on a couch or chair unless he is invited, he knows to go to the door when he needs to go outside and he is great on a leash. Pogo loves to play fetch, and is fast as lightening. He also lives up to his name, as he can really jump high for such a tiny dog.
If you are interested in a playful puppy, but would prefer a dog who has had training, Pogo will be a perfect fit. He adapted seamlessly to his foster home, and his foster family’s routine. He even gets along with his foster brother and sister, who are older shih tzus, and not completely sure what to make of him. He is OK if they do not want to play with him though, and when he wears his foster mom and dad out playing fetch, he entertains himself by throwing his toys high into the air and chasing them when they land. This is really fun to watch. He will be a wonderful addition to any home and will be a loving member of the family.
