Pit Bull Terrier/Shar Pei Mix: An adopted dog in New Port Richey, FL

Meet Owen!! This handsome devil had a hard start in life, but that wont get him down! He's too busy loving people, dogs, cats and up most Tennis Balls!!! He was taken as a small puppy, along with 30 other dogs from a hoarding case in Florida. He unfortunately spent his entire puppy-hood in a kennel sense all the dogs were "Evidence" until they won the case just 3 months ago! Sense we won custody of Owen he has been crate trained, learned to walk wonderfully on a leash and as you can see from the pictures and video he has learned to be a goofy puppy!! All pet's that are adopted through Rugaz Rescue are crate trained, started if not finished on house breaking and have been Temperament Tested and Approved for Bull Ambassadors.


Requirements to adopt:


o MUST have a good Veterinarian andor Personal references
o MUST have an area for adopted pet to walk on leash, or yard (Does not have to be fenced in)
o If in Apartment, MUST have an area for walking
o IF renting, must have landlord approval
o MUST have Pit Bull experience, if none MUST have knowledge about breed or is willing to attend Pit Bull awareness groups from Rugaz Rescue
o IF other pets in home, MUST be spayed/neutered. Up to Date with all vaccines, and on current Heart worm and Flea Prevention
