Oscar is in a foster home right now (actually a foster office) and his Foster Mom reports that he is just the Perfect Cat! He loves attention & affection, but is never obnoxious about it. He doesn't jump on the counters, has perfect litter box manners, only talks when he has something to say and is a wonderful office companion! Oh, yes - one more thing - he has a *great* purr!
