The adoption fee for dogs/puppies starts at $75.00. This fee includes:

Heartworm testing
2 DHLP/PC vaccinations, 3 if very young puppies
Worming and dipping
Microchipping and/or tattoing
Sometimes the adoption fees are reduced if the pet comes in already spayed or neutered. Sometimes the adoption fee may be higher than the regular fee if the pet requires more veterinary care. References, from your vet and local shelter, animal control agency, or rescue group, are required for non-local adopters. Our shelter strives to make sure that each animal goes to a permanent, responsible and loving home. Pets are not ready to go home the same day.
