Shih Tzu Mix: An adopted dog in San Angelo, TX

This beautiful shih tzu girl was found stray, desperately matted and suffering from a ruptured eye. OUCH! Her owners did not claim her at the animal shelter so the Humane Society rescued her and will get her the vet care and grooming she so desperately needs. Despite her injury, Cindy Loo Hoo has a great personality and loves to play. (7/28) Its nearly amazing how Cindy has recovered. If you're a shih tzu lover and are willing to give this special girl a new forever home, please apply to adopt.
