Waldo is a medium-sized lemon and white boy who's about 7. He was turned into a shelter by his owner who could no longer keep him for financial reasons. Waldo's a low-energy, crash-on-the-sofa-by-7-p.m. kind of guy. He's pretty quiet, too, for a hound, and almost obedient. Almost. (He's still a basset.)
