Hi I’m Storm, I’ve had a busy young teen life and did stray a bit in more ways than one! I was found as a stray and then discovered I was also going to be a teen mom too. My babies have all grown up and are on their own, now it’s my turn to find a great home. However here’s what you need to know about me: I am NOT that big! Everyone that meets me always says the same thing, somebody has spread nasty rumors but I can assure you it was all baby fat and it’s gone now – I’m around 40 pounds and the size of a border collie. I am good with people, kids, cats, dogs. Any and all, love them! Maybe a bit too much but obedience classes and a bit of ongoing work is helping me learn not to be the household lap dog. Don’t get me wrong, I do listen well and don’t take off outside of course, I just do things with a lot of attitude and fun mixed in (if my crate door is shut at dinnertime, I’ve been known to do circles waiting for the door to be opened). I am also great with other dogs and love to play, so if you are looking for a dog to keep your current dog on his toes, I’ll give them a workout and would also love to go to the dog park or dog daycare to socialize too. I am easy going and very sweet, but very busy too, would love to try agility or something like that as I will do almost anything for food. I am not usually a big barker but will let you know if someone is at the door or walking by, and when I play I yip. Sometimes I do some husky talking too but overall I’m pretty quiet. I’m learning to play with toys too but so far like food and other dogs much better, but perhaps I’ll get the hang of the ball one of these days…
