Meet Champ

If you are looking for a new buddy, meet Champ! He is an 8 month old lab mix. He's still growing into his big paws but should not be too big..probably 50-60 lbs. full grown. Champ loves other dogs and really pretty much everyone he meets. He was rescued from a deadly fate at BARC, the Houston City Pound when he was just 4 months old. Champ has been waiting in a foster home for many months now just because he's a nice black doggie, and seems to get picked over every time. Champ is crate trained and not a big barker. His favorite things in the world are toys (stuffed animals), getting scratched, and water. He loves to play in the water and had a great time this summer in the doggie pool. We hope the perfect person comes along and sees what a true gem this boy is! Email us if you'd like to meet him.
