Meet Brooklyn

These "little guys" are the result of a hoarding situation. Over 150 angora rabbits were taken from a hoarder in Canada, on May 8th of this year. Many were sick. Many had broken bones. Many of the females were pregnant (as was my "Colinda"). Some had coccodia, some had fur mites. Some had abscess's. All were matted and cover with urine and feces. All were starving.

I think that approximately 75 of these rabbits were brought to the States and dispersed through rescues in the northeast States.

Brooklyn was one of the rescued bunnies from a Canadian hoarder and was able to clear customs to come to the US to be rescued. She is beautiful as would be expected, friendly and in need of lots of love. Her life was horrible. . She is a little shy but very sociable if you let her come to you. She is already winning all our hearts as well as her siblings. She will require daily brushing or grooming every 3-4 months as would be expected.

All of our rabbits are spayed/neutered upon adoption, and our adoption fee includes the surgery, as well as a vet check-up and a packet of rabbit care information. We adopt rabbits to indoor homes only, where they will be part of a family and safe from outdoor dangers
