Joe Joe (aka G. I. Pekingese & Pomeranian Mix Louisa, VA

Joe Joe (aka G.I. Joe) is a 1-2 year old Pekingese-Pomeranian mix who weighs 10 pounds. He was rescued from a high kill shelter in Southwest Virginia, so we have no idea why he was given the name G I Joe. He has a sweet personality and loves to cuddle.

Joe Joe is gentle and does fine with children and small dogs, although he is a bit cautious with larger dogs. He is also cautious when first meeting men, and takes some time to warm up to them.

Joe Joe would do fine in a household with other dogs or as an only dog. His foster mom considers him low maintenance, and he is not destructive nor a barker. She also reports housetraining is coming along nicely. A fenced yard is preferred. Perhaps Joe Joe is the family pet you have been looking for?

Adoption fee is $175 which includes all vaccines, heartworm test and spay/neuter.
