I am a very energetic and very friendly bunny. I like to be petted, and will flop myself down when someone pets and loves on me. I'm still a young bunny, so I've got lots of energy and I love to run around and show people how fast I can go! I am a very sweet & friendly boy and I think you should come and meet me.

Moonshine is a rescue with the House Rabbit Society. He’s comfortable around people, well mannered and very affectionate. He can never get too much petting. He particularly likes to get scratched around those long ears. He’s a handsome Himalayan with subtle markings. Weighing in around 6 lbs, he’s trim and athletic with beautiful white fur, fuchsia eyes and big, cute ears. He’s a wonderful bunny!! He keeps a clean room and is exceptionally well behaved. Moonshine is a favorite here at HRS and we’ll miss him but we ALL want him to find a wonderful, loving home! For such a sweetie, he’s been here too long!!!



The House Rabbit Society is an educational organization. We welcome both new and experienced bunny owners. We have over 30 rescues at the HRS shelter and our experts will help you find the perfect rabbit for you and your family. With a large volunteer staff to socialize our rescues, our bunnies are some of the sweetest bunnies around!!! HRS Adoption Center and Hop Shop are open Tuesday- Sunday from 12:00 to 5:00. Bring in your bunny for bonding, stock up on rabbit toys, treats and supplies or ADOPT one of our lovely rabbits. Moonshine is waiting to meet you!
