Looking for a best friend? How about a furry buddy to tell all your secrets to? Well, Mollie would love to take on that role! She is a shy, gentle heinz 57 who came from Louisiana after surviving the hurricanes. Needless to say with all she has seen, she is a little scared and unsure of herself. Within a week at her foster home she learned how awesome people are and fell head over heels in love with her foster mom. Mollie follows her foster mom everywhere, worships the ground she walks on, and thinks her one job in life is to make her mom happy. Mollie gets along okay with her foster dad a well but bonds hardest to one or two people. She is perfect with cats and tolerates other dogs (though will 'protect' her foster mom from them if they get in the way). She needs a home with no kids since they terrify her. Mollie is housetrained, crates quietly, and loves to nap on the couch. She is calm and mellow in the house and absolutely loves to snuggle. She is shy around new people but never aggressive, just finds her favorite person and hangs out by them. Mollie is a favorite at her foster home and so deserving of a loving home of her own after all she has seen. Would you like to be her best friend? For obvious reasons, all animals adopted from Homeward Bound MUST live indoors only. This dog has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and tested for heartworm and lyme disease.
