POSTED 5/30/2010: 3 manx kittens -sisters- Juniper, Thumper, and Daisy. 7 weeks old weighing about 1 1/2 lbs. Will be ready for adoption in 1-2 weeks. Juniper is a true manx - no tail, not even a digit. She is a short haired brown tabby and white color. Juniper is the most outgoing of the group. She craves human attention and loves to be held (as you can see in her face picture she is melting in our hands). Juniper is also a talker. She loves to explore and is very adventurous. Thumper is a black and white spotted short haired female manx/bobtail. Her tail is very short, approx. 1/2 inch or 1 tail digit. Thumper is also very sweet. She loves people and it will only take her a short time to adjust to a new home. Thumper loves to play and she loves to be held. Daisy is a short haired tabby and white female kitten who is the shiest of the group. She has a 1 inch tail with a bend at the end like a hook. It is very adorable! She is...

She is also sweet but doesn't like to be held as much and will take a little longer to adjust to her new home but will probably bond the strongest to her new person once she is comfortable. The 3 kittens were born to a wild feral mom who has been trapped, spayed, and released. The babies have been raised since 3 weeks of age so are very used to people and handling now. They were spayed this past week and received their first set of vaccines. If you are interested in adopting any of our cute kittens or cats, please e-mail us at spcagainesville@hotmail.com for an adoption questionnaire or visit us on weekends at PetsMart on Archer Road in Gainesville from 11am-5pm Sat or Sun and speak to our coordinator, Robin. All of our cats and kittens have been leukemia tested, vet checked, vaccinated, dewormed, spayed or neutered, and microchipped. Our adoption fee is $100 to help cover a portion of the medical and care costs.
