Hi! I'm Boy!

I am a sweet and shy Rottie boy who is looking for a place to call home! I was found as a stray running the streets of Detroit, and was hanging out on some nice people's front porch when they contacted PAAW and asked if they would help me find a new home. I had been staying on the porch for a few days and the people were nice enough to give me food and water. But they couldn't keep me, and wanted me to find a home where I would be safe and happy!

I am very laid back, and am great with children. They think I'm about 5 or 6 years old, and I am really, friendly. I would be best with children over 8 because I'm a big boy, probably about 90 lbs, so I wouldn't want to go to a home where I might accidentally knock over a small child.


I would prefer a home with a fenced yard, but am open to looking at a home with an invisible fence that has experience teaching a dog how to stay near the house.


I have had a rough start the first part of my life, but am looking forward to finding a good family that will help make the rest of my life as happy as can be! I have a favorite toy rabbit who has become a great friend! I wouuld prefer a home without other animals, as I do not like cats and would be better as an only dog. I am a very nice boy and deserve the love and affection of a family that truly deserves all the love I have to give! Could it be with you?!


My adoption fee of $150 includes my heartworm test; current vaccines; spay/neuter & microchip!
