My name is Sammie. I’m 5 years old and I’m a handsome salt and pepper boy. I was surrendered by my original owners because they were moving and couldn’t take me. I was at a shelter until a real nice lady scooped me up one day and took me away from that awful, noisy place! I stayed with a really nice family for a while and then I came to live in my new SRC foster home. I’m pretty easy going and get along well with my foster brothers and sisters. They even share their toys with me! I like kids - my foster mom said that makes me pretty special! I should probably not live with cats though. I really like to chase them and watch them run! I am crate trained and house trained. I like to walk on a leash, but sometimes I have to be reminded to slow down!
