•
Female
Layla is a Rottie/Border Collie mix, female, spayed, all shots up to day, about four years old, weighs about 35 lbs, and is about 20 inches to the withers. Since coming to her foster home, she has become very good with other dogs and can share toys. She will sit, wait, stay, lay down, give paw, and has a very soft mouth when taking treats. Layla is completely house trained and has never had a mess in the house. She has also never chewed up anything or chewed on anything other than her toys. She sleeps in a crate at night in her foster family's dog room with the other dogs and during the times when they are not home. She loves to play fetch and will play group fetch with the foster family's dogs but she likes to win the toy. She will bring the toy right back to you for a treat or a tug and has a wonderful "out". She can jump very high. Her foster family has started her in both flyball and agility. She may be good...

She can jump very high. Her foster family has started her in both flyball and agility. She may be good in a sport home but is also an excellent pet. She walks very nice on a leash but does need more work on meeting dogs on a leash. She would be perfectly happy to not leash walk but to have a daily romp in the yard. She will play all you want but is content to spend her days just hanging with you. She is good in the car. If she sounds interesting to you, we would be happy to answer any questions you might have - cthigginbotham@edu.pe.ca. We really think she is such a perfect little girl who just needs the right home. Won't you find it in your heart to give Layla her fur-ever home?
