Guiness - Adopted German Shepherd Dog Mix Northville, MI

Arrival story: Guiness came to us from a shelter when his time was nearly up.

Approximate age / weight: 9 months/ 48 lbs.

Personality: What a handsome boy! Guiness is a very happy and good-natured dog. He gets along great with the other dogs. He is a calm and quiet boy, rarely barking, and does well in his crate. He is still a puppy, so he needs a little work on his manners and learning not to jump, but he is a quick learner and already knows how to sit.

Guiness is fully housetrained! Way to go, Guiness! He would love to curl up at your feet or have his belly rubbed. He also walks beautifully on a leash and enjoys walks through the park.

Forever home: Guiness would do well in a variety of home settings. Because he loves to run and play, a home with a fenced yard would be perfect for him. Different adoption fees apply for older dogs, small breeds and puppies - $100 for senior dogs (9 years +), $275 for small breed dogs and $200 for puppies plus a $50 deposit which is returned upon proof of spay/neuter at six months of age.
Our adoption process includes an application, vet reference checks, and a home visit.We do not have a facility; all of our dogs are fostered in private homes.
