Meet Rayna~ADOPTED!
This special little lady is Rayna. She was picked up as a stray, and stayed in a shelter for a month before she went to her current foster home. Rayna was in pretty bad shape when she left the shelter; she looked miserable, with red, infected skin and lots of hair loss. She has now been treated and has a BEAUTIFUL coat!
Rayna is now spayed and microchipped. She knows “sit,” and is learning “down” and “stay.” Her foster mom says she is a very good, very sweet girl—not much of a barker, doesn’t chew things up, and stays off the bed & furniture, and doesn’t try to take anyone else’s food (canine or human!). She doesn’t jump on people although she will play enthusiastically with other dogs, and bump into people while playing. She likes to lay close by her foster mom, and will lean in for petting from time to time. She doesn’t like to be left alone, so she would be best in a home with another dog, or with a person or family who isn’t gone all the time. She has not been observed around cats. Her foster mom is working on leash training with Rayna, as she does pull a fair amount on walks.
Rayna will make someone very happy! If you are interested in adopting Rayna please send an e-mail to debbie@k9kindnessrescue.org today!
Thanks for considering Adoption as an Option!
