Border Collie/Labrador Retriever Mix: An adopted dog in Burbank, CA

Ashley Rose is the kind of dog that when you look into her eyes, your heart just melts. She has one of the sweetest souls I have come across in all my years of doing rescue work. She was found as a stray at a very kill shelterin Baldwin Hills. She was on her very last day when I got a frantic call from a volunteer there saying I had to save this very special girl. I ran down there to met here and instantly fell in love. I am committed to finding her a loving home and showing her the world can be a kind place. She is a 7-8 yr-old 55 pound Lab/Collie mix who is friendly and fun. All she wants to do is please you. When you meet her, you will swear she is smiling at you as you can see from her picture. Ashley is currently in a foster home where the grandchildren that visit, hug and kiss her all day long (see picture) . She is very easy going and will lay by your feet all day long. She is ok with other submissive dogs but not really...

She is ok with other submissive dogs but not really interested in being a playmate so we feel should be happiest as the only dog. When you go out, she just hangs out and eagerly waits for you to come home to show you what a good girl she has been. She has been a perfect angel for the foster parent. Ashley would do best in a home by herself or a very submissive other dog. She prefers being an only dog. She is spayed, vaccinated & micro chipped and the only thing now missing in Ashley's life is her forever home. Won't you be that special person for Ashley? She so deserves it. You won't be sorry.
