Moochie Mastiff & Vizsla Mix Harrison, NY

This beautiful and well mannered boy is probably a smallish Mastiff/Vizsla mix with some Lab thrown in. He is a gorgeous red color with amber eyes. He is a trim 60 pounds but could stand to gain a few more pounds. At about one year old he will not grow much taller but will fill out a bit more. Moochie has joined his foster family of 4 dogs and 2 cats without difficulty. He is very respectful of the other animals space and toys. He tolerates the very busy family life and seems happy to meet all of the people who stop by. He is good in the car and loves the dog park where he enthusiastically plays with all of the other visitors. From the first day he arrived he has stayed next to his foster mom. He greet other dogs, play tag, and wrestle but is never far from her side. He is mastering leash walking quickly and has even learned some basic commands. Moochie would love to be part of an active home where he will continue to learn new commands and get plenty of exercise.







This organization is run by volunteers only and we try our best to save as many homeless pets as possible. Since there are only a few volunteers, please understand that we are unable to answer phone calls about the animals. The first step is to fill out an adoption application which you can find on the Pet Rescue website: www.ny-petrescue.org and we will contact you as soon as possible, usually within 5 days. Pet Rescue doesn't have a shelter where you can come and meet the dogs. All showings are by appointment after your application has been approved. If you have any questions, please email us.
