Meet Sweet Pea
Sweet Pea is indeed sweet but she’s a pistol. Even though her reputation preceded her, Harvest Home Animal Sanctuary was willing to make a spot for this girl. Fully expecting a trouble maker, we found a GREAT rabbit instead. Active, inquisitive and full of life, she’s an engaging rabbit who will quickly steal your heart. With a mix of the famous dwarf attitude and a mellow Florida white, she has a fun disposition.
At first glance, Sweet Pea appears to be a young girl but she’s a petite, full grown bunny. She’s even a Mom! Sweet Pea is a lovely Florida White crossed with a smaller bunny. Florida whites are known for their gentle nature while dwarfs are not!!! With Sweet Pea you get the best of both bunnies!!! With Sweet Pea the saying is true; some of the best things in life come in small packages. She’s a little, treasure! Recently spayed, Sweet Pea is ready to find a home of her own.
The portrait of Sweet Pea was painted by Bay Area artist Shelly Yen. Shelly was taken with Sweet Pea's character. For such a small bunny, Sweet Pea has no trouble getting attention. Shelly, who does both fine art and graphic art, captured her spirit.
