Meet Patsy

Patsy is a female, 12 lb, apricot Miniature Poodle. Her estimated date of birth is April 2005. Patsy is a puppy mill survivor, and has some fear issues, especially loud noises. In the past, she would get a little snappy when she was frightened, so a home with no small children is probably not ideal for her. Patsy also has mature cataracts. She is totally blind in one eye, and has limited vision in the other. She still has some sight, but she definitely gets around better in the daytime. She is crate trained, and she is learning to be housebroken. Patsy doesn't soil her crate, and when she does have the occasional accident, it is always on the puppy pads. She will use the bathroom outside, but she has to be on a leash because of her limited vision and fear issues with loud noises. Sweet little Patsy does get along very well with other dogs and cats. She would not be ideal for a first dog; Patsy needs a patient and experienced home. She is coming out of her shell a little more every day. She even gives the occasional kiss and tail wag.
