Thai Ridgeback: An adopted dog in Cheviot, OH

Hello, My boyfriend and I have become fosters of a Thai Ridgeback that came into the Pima County shelter in Tucson, Arizona. Crosby was brought in as a bite case after redirecting on a person breaking up a fight at a dogpark. Crosby had to be quarantined for rabies and his owner did not want to pay the fee to get him back. Chris, my boyfriend works at the shelter and became attached to Crosby. The vet decided not to put him up for adoption, so we stepped in and have agreed to foster him while looking for a new ...appropriate home. We have 5 dogs of our own and are unable to keep him ourselves. Crosby needs someone who knows what they are doing. He's crate trained, housebroken, knows commands like sit and lay down. He's extremely affectionate when lounging on a bed...cuddles and acts more like a cat than a dog but he does have some personal space issues...especially with other dogs that don't read his stand-offish-ness...

He walks very well on leash...loves to run next to a bike and will walk quite well with other dogs. Because this breed is so obscure and particular we are hoping you may be able to help hook us up with appropriate individuals interested in a rewarding challenge like Crosby.
