Domestic Long Hair-White/Domestic Long Hair - Orange Mix: An adopted cat in Richardson, TX

Leo is a large (14 pound) orange & white long-hair neutered male cat. He turned up in my Rockwall neighborhood on a cold winter day and did not appear to be a stray as he was friendly, neutered and appeared to be in good condition. One day he showed up with an injured rear foot and was limping badly so I put him in a spare room to keep an eye on him. The wound turned out to be a small abscess which healed on its own after Leo was given antibiotics and from that day forward he has remained indoors. A found pet report was filed with Rockwall Animal Control and signs were put up in my neighborhood but nobody ever came forward to claim Leo. He is very affectionate with people but aggressive toward other cats. Therefore it is recommended that he be adopted by someone that wants only one cat. It is unknown if he will accept a dog. Leo loves to be with people and as stated if very loving and affectionate. He uses a litter box...

He spends most of his time alone in a spare room but a few times each week I lock my cats in another room and allow Leo the run of the house for a few hours. Leo has been examined by a vet and tested negative for FIV (a SNAP test was completed) and was given his feline distemper, leukemia and rabies vaccinations.
