More About Me:
Ringo and his friend Mieux-Mieux were brought to the shelter by their owner who could no longer keep them do to a change in living arrangements. These two cats were very much loved and well-taken care of, but now they are in need of a new home together.
Ringo is best suited for an active, but quiet home. He is OK with other cats besides Mieux-Mieux, but doesn't get along with dogs. Ringo is affectionate and loves to lay on a lap. He likes to be held and cradled in your arms like a baby. He will lick your chin for hours if you let him. When he is feeling playful, he does have an active fun side to him. This boy is very nervous here at the shelter, but he is very people oriented. Owners of Domestic Long Hair cats must spend time at least once a week brushing out the coat to avoid mats and hairballs. Ringo is accustomed to brushing and nail clipping.
This sweet pair is over-whelmed by the shelter, and need a forever home soon. How about yours?

Better with a Buddy!

Ringo and Mieux-Mieux are a bonded pair. They are dependent on each other and would be very unhappy if separated. To help these cats get adopted as a pair, Cat Adoption Team now offers a discount of $50 on the second cat when bonded pairs are adopted together. Only CAT's Operations Manager will determine which cats are bonded pairs and this will be noted on the cats' charts. Bonded pairs apply to adult cats 1 year of age or older that are surrendered to the shelter at the same time from the same owner. The discount does not apply to kittens or to two cats that may be sharing a cage but came in separately.
