Rat Terrier/Papillon Mix: An adopted dog in Kansas City, KS

Small • Adult • Male
Chief was rescued from the Springfield Animal Shelter. This shelter does not adopt out to the public, you have to be an approved rescue to save a dog from this shelter. Chief had an eye injury and had to sit in the shelter for the stray hold time before he could be released to rescue. We took him straight to our vet and the surgery to remove his eye was performed. Chief is a very loving little guy. His idea of a good day is to sleep right next to you while you watch TV. Chief is housebroken, good with cats and other dogs but he will guard his food from other animals. Chief hasn't had a very good life so far but he deserves a home of his own that will love him and keep him safe. Chief's adoption fee is $150.
