Chili is an adorable approximately 3 ½  year old Chihuahua; he is in desperate need of finding a home.  Not having his own family has been hard on him.  He was only 1 year old when he was listed with us, his rescue family was losing their home and had already asked for our help placing their own dogs and cats.  Chili has been neutered and is current on his vaccinations, micro-chipped and de-wormed.  He is a typical little Chihuahua, sweet, a little protective and yappy at first, but calms down shortly. Chili prefers women but warms up quickly to men; he really likes teenagers, and is sweet, loving and affectionate. He is leash trained and loves going for walks, the walks are the highlight of his day and he can walk a couple of miles. One of his favorite treats are baby carrots and he will eat 4 or 5 before you know it.  He is good with cats...

Chili is a house trained, house dog and will ask to be let outside to potty. He would do better in a calm environment without a lot of new people coming and going. He is one of the most loving and affectionate little dogs (he can’t give enough kisses to the people he loves) with one quirk little he needs to get to know new people before they can touch him, he is a good lap dog and will be a great companion.
