TRAINING: Professionally obedience trained.




Gemma will make someone a wonderful companion. She is a good traveler - just sits in her seat and looks out the window, enjoying her adventure. She loves to be near her human but is not clingy. She quickly warms up to new humans and seeks out their love. She has a good bark that alerts you well to strangers, but she is not a yapper. For a JRT she is calm girl. She is not fearful or agressive toward humans and she is good with young people. However, prefers to be an only dog to get all attentions lavished on her. She does not like sharing her human's love with another pooch. Thus she will only be adopted into an only dog family.


Gemma's Story: This little girl with the cute flying nun ears, only had a few hours before her appointment with the All Mighty. In terror, she barked herself horse. She was an owner surrender and she did not understand why she was abandoned in that horrible place. Luckily a Good Samaritan could not see that Gemma should die that day and rescued her. She had no idea what to do with her, she just knew it had to be done. And so Gemma and her guardian angle found us, Silver Rescue. She was so grateful to be sprong from prison, she kissed her rescuer's face gratefully all the way to our house.


Gemma will be adopted to an inside forever home only. Fence preferred. References and vet reference as well as a home visit are required. Gemma's adoption fee of $200 will be used to help other unwanted dogs like Gemma.
