Wilbur Bloodhound & Redbone Coonhound Mix Shippensburg, PA

Wilbur is a big, strong, beautiful Hound dog. He was a bundle of skin and bones when he first arrived at Better Days but has begun to gain weight and as he does he becomes more handsome every day. Wilbur is an active dog who is very strong. He needs the freedom and exercise that a fenced yard would provide. He is a hound so he is very scent oriented which is another reason he should live with the security of a fenced yard. But Wilbur is also very friendly and likes people. He is tolerant of other dogs when he is on leash. Because of his size and energy level he would probably do best in a family with older children. There is something very endearing about this big, goofy Hound dog who is looking for that special someone to take him home forever.
