10/2010 Hi everyone my name is Fred, some people think that is a bit funny but it suits me just fine. I have been searching for my new family and hoping they find me very soon. I am such a sweet guy, really I am. I love to cuddle and enjoy giving hugs if you allow me too. I would love meeting all your neighbors and friends as well, hey who would not want all that extra attention right. I am good with kids as long as they know how to respect a dog and not be rough and abusive with me. Typically older dog savvy children are better but I can get along great with toddlers as long as they dont try to hurt me. I do well with all my fur siblings in my foster home. But it takes me a little time to warm up to strange dogs as I get a bit nervous around them, so I am not the type for dog parks or daycare settings, sorry. I do however enjoy curling up on the couch with a buddy or two that I know and trust. I am a smart boy if you give me time and training. I have learned already sit, down, come, stay, wait, go to bed, potty and probably a few more as well, I am very motivated for treats so those are great to give me while we are training ;) Also I enjoy a good long stroll or romp in the yard. I do not mind the car but going for a ride is not my idea of fun. I am pretty mellow in the house and just like to chew on a good bone or lounge by your feet. I will not have accidents I know to go outside. I also dont mind being in a bed (crate) when no one is home. I just really want a family all my own to love me and adore me. If youre out there looking for a guy like me fill out an application quick before someone else does. Until next time....Fred 8/2010 Lil Fred here, boy oh boy am I excited to find my new home. I am hoping my perfect family will come soon so I can show them all the new things I have learned and all the love I can provide. My foster mom has taught me so much. Whats better than having a dog who knows all the basics already. I am one smart cookie if you ask me and will do anything for a treat of course. I also come fully housetrained and crate trained as well. I am great with my crate, actually like going in there to have a space all my own, and my foster mom taught me the phrase go to bed to let me know when to go to bed and I do so every time she asks. I will come when you call, sit, lay down, and stay whenever you want me too. I enjoy hanging out at your feet chewing on a nice bone. Id also love to go on nice long walks with you. Maybe even a jog or run would be nice too. I would love meeting your friends and family, I get very, very excited to meet new people. Car rides make me a little nervous but I do well on a car ride, just never sure where that final destination will be and that what makes me a little nervous I suppose. I would love a nice calm home with some good day to day activity, and an owner to love for the rest of my life. I will be a loyal, faithful and a "good boy" if you allow me into your heart. I am patiently waiting for you to find me...hope its soon! 6-23-10 Hello everyone. Its Fred here or as mom calls me Freddy boy, or FRED!!!! LOL, I might sometimes give mom a run for her money but she loves me all the same. I have learned many new things since coming to her home, one is sharing things with the other furry siblings around. I am still a little rough around the edges when around a new dog, but I do adjust fairly quickly and can become buddies with them. Although I could adjust to a home with another dog as a companion I am a people dog. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my people and friends. I prefer to be where they are and part of what they are doing. I love going for walks with you, hanging out on the furniture if allowed (my foster mommy does not allow it for me so I do know to stay off when not allowed) or just cuddling with you when I can. Mom has taught me sit, down, come, stay, and to heel on a leash and I do great with ALL of them. Mom says when in a new place I sometimes forget my manners but with consistency I remember them and will behave. People make me all excited and sometimes I just forget, can you blame a guy for wanting to love on everyone. I am a really good boy in the house and I am just fine being in a crate as well, I actually really like my crate and go in on my own all the time. But mom also taught me to go in when she says go to bed and I will right away. Pretty smart right? I am a smart guy and with a little time I can learn anything you would like to teach me. I would love to learn new things from you and have a new cuddle buddy. Heck I am a great guy for just about any environment, house, apartment, condo, you name it I could adjust. I am great with cats so if you have a kitty they are safe with me ;) All I would really like is a family to spend this beautiful summer weather with, we can go to parks, maybe to lakes, or on car trips, whatever you would like to do, I would like to be with you, so wont you take me for a ride? Please!
5-8-10 Housetrained, crate trained (prefers to be in a crate when no one is home), Great with cats, needs slow proper intros to other dogs, would prefer a home with no other dogs but another female dog would be okay with proper intros, energy level 7-8, walks well on leash, knows sit, down, come, stay, wait, go to bed, heel, and watch me, gets super excited to meet new people, no young children, older mature children fine, good with or without a fenced in yard.
Lil Fred is doing great in his new foster home. He has learned many new behaviors and excels in learning new things. He loves to please his owner. He will sit, lay down, stay, come, wait, watch me, and go to bed when asked. He also knows to walk in a heel on a leash. Fred does tend to get a little over excited when meeting new people, but within a few minutes he is a laid back chilled guy. Very young children make him very nervous so highly prefer a home with no kids or older mature children only. Fred is fantastic with cats, and a home with a cat would be no problem, he pays them no mind at all. Fred would do best in a home without other dogs, but could also do well with a female sibling with proper introductions and some time to adjust. Fred currently lives with 15 other dogs and does fine with each one of them. Fred LOVES his crate as his secure place so would prefer a home that would keep his crate for him. He loves to be in his crate to sleep and loves to be in his crate when no one is home. Fred does really well in the house, no accidents and does not get into things he should not. He loves to cuddle and will get on furniture if allowed, but will stay down if told to. Fred would love to find his forever family to love and adore him for who he is. He is one smart boy and will impress any who fall in love with him. You will have a very grateful and devoted companion in Fred.
3-24-10 Fred is 1 1/2-2 years old, natural ears, docked tail, good with cats, proper introductions to other dogs preferably female, loves adults, older mature children fine, no young kids, energetic, loving, housetrained, crate trained, leash trained, knows sit, down, come, stay, and wait.....
Hi there, my name is Lil Fred...Guess you can just call me fred now as I am not quite so Lil anymore... I am a big boy now and along with that comes some good things, I listen much better now, I know to potty outside, and am good in the house. I love to cuddle with people and enjoy playing with dogs I have come to know...I am great with kitty cats as well...I would prefer a home with older children or no children, little ones may be to young for my energetic bully breed ways. I LOVE going for walks and my foster mom has taught me to walk nicely for a great stroll we both can enjoy. I LOVE my food as well, I will do anything for you for a piece of something, anything to eat! ;) Like the saying goes a way to a mans heart is through his stomach..I am no exception, lol! I am just looking for a loving and devoted family to allow me to come in and be a loyal companion for the rest of my life, offer me a warm bed and plenty of food and my gratefulness will always and forever be there.
12-15-09 Lil Fred is a one owner dog, who lost his happy home due to illness in his family. He was a year old in June, and is a happy playful guy. He likes most other animals, and is pals with a Chihuahua and dachshund. He loves to run, and take walks, and to play. He loves bones of all kinds, and a kong filled with peanut butter. He is very affectionate, likes people, and wants his own home with someone to love him. He would probably like to sleep in your bed if you let him!

Fred is a sweet little 8 month old American Bulldog puppy that likes a lot of attention he has never been out side he has always staye inside. I think he would do better with a family that he can call his own. He does well with other female dogs, not sure how he would do with a male or with cats because he has never been around them. He really needs a back yard..so he can run and play. Oh! one last thing he thinks he is a lap dog shhhhhh don't tell him he is toooo big !!4-20-09 More to come on Lil Fred!
